It all started when I was young. I remember volunteering at St. Mary's Soup Kitchen, where I was so touched by how grateful people were to just get a Thanksgiving meal. No, it was not fancy and maybe not the highest quality of food, but these people made the most out of what they were given. This has stuck with me my entire life -- to be grateful for what you have because there is always someone less fortunate than you. Doing social good has always been close to my heart. I believe that helping out and focusing on issues that concern us as society is a must. I believe there is good out there and it is my mission to find the good in our community. Whether it's a gala to help fight breast cancer or a local food drive for a needy family, I want the word out there to help our community strive for the GOOD!
I have always had a calling for issues that affected people and I find joy in learning and helping nonprofits. I think we can all give a little good along the way. I am excited about this new journey on which I am embarking. Please join me along the way and take timeout to know that there is some amazing goodness going on out there!
Oh, I also have a passion for fashion … so, who says doing good never looked so good!
